WG1 of our own production is made of stainless steel, and at the choice of the customer can be supplied in two types: with and without calibration.
Purpose:
The universal gauge for welded joints WG1 allows you to measure: offset, groove angle, gap size, X-seam opening angle, weld height, fillet weld dimensions, weld width, undercut depth, etc.
Welder's template WG1 can be used for visual inspection at the following stages:
- input control;
- manufacturing of parts, assembly units and products;
- preparation of parts and assembly units for assembly;
- preparation of parts and assembly units for welding;
- assembly of parts and assembly units for welding;
- welding process;
- control of finished welded joints and overlays;
- correction of defective areas in the material and welded joints (surfacing);
- assessment of the state of the material and welded joints during the operation of technical devices and structures, including after the expiration of the established period of their operation.
Suitable for monitoring boilers, bridges, ships, pressure vessels and OCTG.
The WG1 Universal Welder Gauge is a smaller version of the WG2+ Template. Both templates are imported analogues of the Russian UShS-4 and UShS-3, also partially duplicating the functions of the Krasovsky and Usherov-Marshak (WG3) template. Structurally, the templates consist of four components: the main scale, height gauge, undercut depth gauge, universal gauge and six scales. All template scales are metric. Made from stainless steel.
