This document establishes requirements for non-destructive testing laboratories (NDT) and the procedure (procedures) for their certification in the NDT system (NDT System), formed in accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of March 28, 2001 No. 241 "On measures to ensure industrial safety hazardous production facilities in the Russian Federation. " In accordance with the Management Concept of the Non-Destructive Testing System and the main directions of its development, approved by the Gosgortekhnadzor of Russia on August 28, 1999, the NDT System operates within the framework of the Industrial Safety Expertise System, transformed into the Unified Conformity Assessment System in the field of industrial, environmental and energy safety and construction.
