GOST ISO 1167-1-2013 establishes a general method for determining the resistance to internal hydrostatic pressure of pipes, fittings and joints of pipelines made of thermoplastics for the transportation of liquid and gaseous media at a given temperature. The method allows testing in the following media: "water-in-water", "water-in-air" and "water-in-liquid".
